I know you’re not supposed to listen at work or somewhere where you’ll fall asleep but I just did for a few seconds and I almost dozed off lol. It’s been hectic, my mom just got injured, had to take her to the hospital, make sure my son got on the bus and make sure I have someone help take him off the bus while I’m at work since she helps with my son. It’s been quite hectic. Needed this!

I wonder if practicing at home, in the mirror would help? Sometimes I watch movies to help me tap into feelings. Especially when I need to cry or laugh 💗😇🤗
