To be totally honest I've had a look at other ASMR channels & an tell ya I probably last less than a minute on them & always always come back 2 Rebeccas channel my only ASMR channel I'm subscribed 2, from the very 1st time id seen it, its the most original, most authentic, no loud microphones etc, just doing normal things with the most relaxing sounds, its even had me sleep quite a few times without valium which I've bin on 4 almost 30yrs, Rebecca if there was an academy award for this you'd win year after year xxx bless ur heart & soul 🤗😴

Keep making content like this PLEASE I suffer with bipolar among other mental issues and i also have insomnia i find it sooo hard to sleep but my mother was totally shock to see me siund asleep after arpund 12-15 mins of listening to ya video bless her she lnows my struggles and your helping me sooo much your an angel 😇 keep doing your amazing vids love your giving me such a better quality of life people think you can do without sleep WRONG - ya cant anyway anyone ehom thinld other wize google it 😢 thats why this kinda content is a light at the end of a long tunnel for me and others like me so THANK YOU SWEETIE your helping me no end 💤🛌😴🙏❤

Andrea! 🙋🏻‍♀️🤗🩷 I have a loved one close to me that deals with bipolar. Lack of sleep was the worst trigger for mania. Medication was key. I'm sure you know that. But it really helped for this person to listen to music or long boring speeches to help them sleep. I'm so glad that my videos are helping you. Not everyone can relate to ASMR. As a USMC veteran sleep got messed with quite a bit and I could never quiet my mind sufficiently for more than 3-4 hours of sleep for years and then I found this channel and now several of your videos have allowed me to relax my mind and be calm and inevitably fall asleep. I can imagine what a struggle that’s been, AJ. It sure pleases me that my videos are helping you. Insomnia wreaks havoc. I find that sometimes ASMR will work great for me, and then, for some random reason the same video or sound will not work for me. A strange thing, that. Keep searching my channel for more things.

As soon as I started listening in, my whole body relaxed. This is so enjoyable! I also like how organized u are U must have a lovely home ❤👍🏼👍🏼

I really wanna get plastic containers like those cause I have a number of blankets that could use something more versatile to store then plastic storage bins but I don’t know what sizes I should get. Eventually if I do get some I can’t wait for the nice sounds like this

My fave!! It’s kinda hard to find these specific sounds on KZread. The heavy plastic bags are amazing !!! I’ve been searching high and low for heavy plastic reusable grocery bags and I can’t find them 😢! I work at a liquor store and people bring their plastic reusable wine bags and fill them up and OMG I just want to fall asleep ti that when I hear it. It’s literally the best sound! And it sucks I Only get to hear it for a minute while I ring them through 😢 Can you possibly make one like that with heavy crinkles and make it sort of natural and not like some KZreadrs do and it sounds very rehearsed. Idk I’m very specific with my sounds haha. Anyways thank you so much for all the great videos!!

@@tanyawieczorek6603 I have learned what kind of bags those are. They’re just a smaller version of the larger recycled grocery bags. They might be a tad bit more crinkly because they’re smaller and there’s a lot of compartments within. So far, I’ve only collected one.
