At 20 years old the thing I regret the most was ever conforming to others standards for being picked on, at this age having weird or different traits/hobbies/etc. is the best thing ever, but I lost that since I gave in when I got picked on in middle/highschool

I'm a sucker for these kinds of videos. ASMR Shortbread's "on my lap" videos are also absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them. Lap pillow is best pillow, you can't argue with the science.

Absolutely. You have to learn to love yourself first in order to get loved. It can be hard as hell if you feel lonely or are isolated, but you can do it eventually. I'm currently feeling like I've finally got back to love myself and be happy with myself, like when I was just a child. So yeah, treat yourself like you'd treat the person you love the most, and suddenly the world won't hurt as much
