WHAT IS ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low grade euphoria" which is characterized by a positive feeling a tingling sensation.

Thanks Megan 😊 if you ever get chance to visit I would definitely recommend York, the street with the shop on (the Shambles) is very oldy worldy and lots of magical themed shops 💜. Hopped on my PC to do some late night work and saw this video...now I am struggling to keep my eyes open 🤣I love when you show us the books and tap or point at the artwork, I find it REALLY relaxing. It's such a simple yet really tingly trigger 😍Love everything you showed!! That Prisoner of Azkaban book was really doing it for me ahhhhh
