Hey! Not to offend you, i liked the video super relaxing but maybe you should lessen doing the triggers over and over again try new ones everytime and it's still ok to do the triggers again but lessen it. And every trigger try not to do it so long maybe like 3-5 minutes and then switch to another trigger. But overall very relaxing and tingly.
