There are so many asmrist in the world and no hate to anyone when i say this i feel like there is only some asmr that is relaxing. asmr is not just whispering and tapping on things its connecting with the person watching and making them comfortable. And let me just say Nefertiti knows what that means.

I wish I could do my own damn hair. I’m 25 and still can’t braid my own hair to save my life 🥲

I always knew the sound of hair play was very soothing. I had a hard time breathing and seeing straight through a curtain of tears. Just listening to your fingers fluttering prevented my thoughts to hurt me more, and your words brought peace slowly into my mind. It's fairly late, but I think I will be able to fall asleep at some point. Thank you so much for uploading. I don't know and I don't care if you don't see it, but I owe you so much. I think I probably owe you life, or at least my will to live at this point. Panic attacks, anxiety attacks, whatever, it's so frequent and so terrifying to experience, but when the sounds consume me, when your voice brush through my head, it feels healing, it feels so much nicer. Deep breath is something I usually need a lot, and you're a wind of fresh air pushing me to do so. I don't care if it's just you doing what you like and me feeling nice is a side effect of your work. It helps so much. Thank you. Thank you for everything. I don't know what I'd be without your hair play, your informative ASMR, your intriguing roleplay. You've educated me, you've relaxed me, you've saved me.

It's not easy to go what you are going through, but I must tell you, this you are going through will pass and you will find joy in the small things around you... give time to you to heal, give permission to yourself to breath and see things clearly, believe in yourself, and don't listen to others, seek within you, your time and healing, it might take months or years even.. but you need time to heal, it's a process, kind of a mourning of what you are going through and what you were... you will never be the same, you will be a better version of yourself as soon as you start to heal. Trust the process... Wishing you a lifetime of good moments and a "safe journey" to your "new you". Take care and be safe. Signed by someone who went through same as you, and a suicide survivor. 💝

I think is AMMI MAJUS. Quite similar to baby's breath. In my home town it's called PLATINA.

This was incredibly relaxing and I loved it because I've gotten a cool super soft new hairbrush today. And so I watched this and gave myself a scalp massage with it and that make a lovely addition to my wonderful day! I'm personally more into simple and natural styles so I loved the first style with the green white flowers more. -but they were both beautiful.
