Hi everyone! Welcome to another video with my dear friend Theodore. I'm so lucky to have had Theodore guide me with loving kindness as I processed my personal and ancestral traumas for the past year. The more I experience this work, the more I realize that trauma work is the root of healing, and I hope to focus my future naturopathic practice on this work. I absolutely love how Theodore's face lit up when you asked him how many braids he would like and he said "6 sounds like a fantastic number". I think he felt very loved in that moment.

I love when he said "I decided to reclaim it" about having his long hair. You can tell it's a part of his personal journey. Recently embraced my curly hispanic hair and finally loving it.

When Semide asked Theodore who was the last person to brush his hair and he replied, "My mother" with such tenderness in his voice ❤

I’m currently nearly 34 weeks pregnant with my first, a baby girl, and struggling so much getting any rest but your videos have been my saving grace throughout my pregnancy. Also I hope we can see more of Theodore too he has such a beautiful soul x

I have been waiting for a new Theodore video. My mom passed away a few days after the first video in November and going back and rewatching it has really helped me. I have strong faith in God as well but because the video was published around the time she passed away, I associate a peace and comfort with it, and makes me love it even more. Thank you.

As someone who is starting to work through trauma that I didn't even realize I had until recently, this video came at just the right time. It's so lovely to hear you two be open and talk about trauma, homeopathy, and how much emotional progress you've both made.

Great to bring Theodore back in again. I really find him relaxing and very healing in his mannerism, listening skills, and style. You as always are simply wonderful. And you both win awards for nice hair.

Needed this trauma work very much. Going through the grieving process of losing my boyfriend suddenly three months ago and will need lots of supplemental healing tools like ASMR along with my professional therapy sessions to go through this difficult time. Ah, Mongolian beadwork, right on par with the badassery of Native American beadwork. That necklace is freaking amazing

I would watch a whole channel with plant knowledge. I love the joy in his eyes when talking about that beautiful orchid.

I find myself coming back to this video all the time. I think there’s something so insightful and vulnerable about two practitioners still exploring and discovering new things in their practice together, as well as sharing so much of their own development. The feather moments in this video have made me search every new Semide video for any other feather work because it was so authentic and effective!

How easy was that? Simple question, simple answers, perfect communication, 'please' and 'thank you' constantly. Gives me faith in humanity to be honest!

Really loved the vibe of this video. The feather near the beginning might be my favorite asmr sound now

I'm having to tail off from this simply for reasons of tiredness but it is truly a perfect combination of ASMR and therapeutic narration. I'm really enjoying the exchange between these two, not least because they are so authentic and natural, unimpeded by the self-consciousness that is the curse of our age. More like this please!

My favorite part of this was the orchid lesson! That was awesome, I had no idea they had symbiotic relationships with fungus

I started homeopathy 3 months ago. Many emotions have surfaced for me since then, but I trust in this process and find myself slowly healing in a deep way that, like you say, is somewhat mystical and unexplainable. It will be wonderful when I am healed. Homeopathy is a beautiful practice. I hope to learn more as well. 🦋
