I know these candies taste yucky after dry freeze but look so satisfying and fun to watch. I came across your channel by accident and had no clue you were freeze drying and saw you put caramel in that oven and saw it grow and was jealous thinking: "What kind of yeast is he using to ferment and it growing so large"? 😂😂 I make pizza so I'm always experimenting with how to make better crust and trying dozens of methods to ferment and grow the dough.

You can do it in a freezer and a Tumble dryer
