Layering sounds can heighten ASMR triggers, much like the right choice of colours can enhance the visual aspect of triggers. Sarah does a great job modulating her ASMR triggers by selecting suitable colour themes and incorporating layered sounds. I really enjoyed your video. 💜💜

I fell asleep twice watching this - once toward the end, then I woke up and restarted and the last thing I remembered was the cat heating pad. I felt like I closed my eyes for 5 seconds and heard “ok my friend I can see you’re falling asleep” the entire video I was knocked out 😂 I love watching your vids when I get migraines because of the dark color of your walls and low light. ❤
