I’m so happy and proud that I’ve found some of her discography at the thrift store. 69 cents each! I’ve found her debut, Christmas EP, fearless, speak now, and 1989 CDs there😸 I became a fan of her about a year ago

my 1989 album came with different polaroids!!! so cool to see the other versions

I have honestly watched this video three nights in a row but have fallen asleep before being able to leave a comment, so relaxing! I could listen to you talk about Taylor Swift all day because you appreciate her lyrics and say everything i'm thinking!! As a fellow Swiftie I love how passionate you are about her. I really can't choose a favourite album, they all shine in their own way. As for my favorite album, I normally have such a hard time deciding, but I fell so in love with Folklore the second I heard it. The lyrics, the melodies, her lower register.. it’s all so perfect! But Red, Speak Now, and Reputation all fall closely behind!

I LOVE TAYLOR SWIFT CAN I PLS TELL U MY THEORIES ON FOLKLORE/EVERMORE? ok cool so betty, james, and augustine are the "main characters" of folklore: "cardigan": betty's pov "august": augustine's pov "betty": james' pov - evermore is about their parents - in evermore i think that in "no body no crime" (the friend's pov) the friend is helping este kill her husband (which we all know) but, este cheats on her husband with the friend from "no body no crime" in "ivy" (este's pov) - i think that "seven" is about a queer relationship about two kids in the closet: "or hide in the closet, and just like a folk song, our love will be passed on" - the "invisible string" is the gold string in the cardigan / willow music videos - since the willow music video (evermore) leads into the cardigan music video (folklore) that's why i think evermore is about the generation before folklore's characters - the albums take place in the 1900s, or sometime a while ago (they used different adjectives and wording, a lot of symbolism about poetry and literature which was big in the late 1800s too) - betty is the "mad woman" and she is actually into girls too: "women like hunting witches too" which makes me think "seven" is about a queer relationship some other time in betty's life, maybe when she was younger or betty couldn't come out and it's about a girl who was in love with betty - james ends up with augustine in "the last great american dynasty" but augustine dies and james is left haunted by betty in "my tears ricochet" - betty dies somewhere before james and augustine get together, tw (i think she might have killed herself in "this is me trying") - "illicit affairs" and "exile" are about an affair among the love triangle either when james was cheating on betty (in "august") or when james was with augustine and she was cheating - "peace" is a break up song. it's james talking to betty: "a coming of age (in high school) has come and gone, suddenly the summer is clear (in "august")" and then he tells her "no, i could never give you peace" - "hoax" is when betty is in the toxic relationship with james and is basically just helpless at that point. "your faithless love's the only hoax i believe in" i think this had to do with him cheating on her and james didn't know betty knew, because she didn't hear it from him ("betty") - i think folklore is more about a "coming of age" (like james says in "peace") and evermore is more about adult relationships (i think since there are drinking themes, cheating on husbands, talk of insurance, and past relationships - as if they've had a lot, like they've lived a longer life) - "dorothea" is a gay love song abt a girl talking to her old friend, dorothea, that she misses and wishes she got with (maybe before a current relationship with a man) dorothea might be este's friend? and once dorothea and este killed este's husband because he was cheating, they got together in "ivy," dorothea left in "right where you left me" and then este misses dorothea in "dorothea" that's a lot but i wanted to share it with the swifties in the comments lmao i have a lot more lmk if you want them haha
