Same, I Play to sleep (ON WEEKDAYS/WEEKENDS WHEN I CAN) and it doesn’t work. Thanks to JOJO, he made my eyes tried, ears relaxed, and sleepy.

I found a really good trigger that you can use!!! Pull a Marshmello into 2 parts, then keep smushing them together with the sides that they were split. This trigger is so nice, it’s insane. I would love to see it in one of your vids!😊

I understand that some people need the lack of talking, but I'm the opposite. My ADHD needs the words so that I have something to focus on other than background noise. Luckily for me, jojo is awesome and that means that me and people like me have our own videos to watch and pay attention to in order to fall asleep.
