What a great speech ! Those principles really resonate with me as my older brother in college has taught me how to set my goals and live life by being in control of your mindset and persepctive on the world to become the person you want to be and trusting that everything will work out, great job !!

As a person who has severe trauma when it comes to male voices, this is the very first time I have found a video (from a male creator) that genuinely made me feel safe. Thank you for sharing your soft voice and calming presence.

Good luck with your recovery and don’t forget not to use straws, don t exercise, sneeze with your mouth open, basically don’t create negative pressure in your mouth so you don’t dislodge your blood clot! If you see the next days some white yellowish spots don’t stress because it’s fibrin and that’s good. 🤍
