Not in my brain exactly. There is a goblin who sits on my shoulder. It’s been there for a very long time. He whispers terrible things in my ear and makes me doubt myself. Sometimes, when I’m strong, I can cast him away for a bit but he always returns. I would love it if someone could help remove him for good. 👹 😢

Love the concept and premise of this video and would like a Part 2 with you removing the object with a pair of elongated tweezers, categorizing based on the objects triggers as you analyze and observe what sounds it makes, finally stowing it away in a metal pan or bag for medical analysis. The sound could also be changed or dampened or cleared up with the removal of objects. Like how when you accidentally get in deep with a cotton swab and you feel dizzy as you caress the inner ear 😂

Huh, I never knew the inside of my brain was so colourful. Explains a lot really.
I have adhd, my brain is pretty much always a chaotic mess. I can totally see it being sparkly like this too lol this does help a lot though :)
