When I watch I prefer the role play ones. I like listening to asmr during walks/cleaning/mundane activities, and that is the time for where the various sounds are in focus. They are so great for relaxing while getting things done.

Yeah, showing to the guest closed container. When you serve to the guest, rules don't state that you should show the box or smth similar for food or any suggestions, you need to bring on the plate and suggest to the guest. I agree she looks elegant and try to behaive like that, but to be first class you need to know full etiquete. P. S. I know that she use boxes for sounding in the video)

That isn't a painting. It's a video screen. In her two previous first class flight videos, after the greeting and settling of the passenger, Tingting showed some of her previous ASMR vids (4 hours worth on the one and 8 hours on the other) on that screen. It's really ingenious how she did it, since that's actually a green screen background. If you want to check them out, the 4 hr. one was posted 9 months ago and the 8 hr. one about 1 year ago.

Really Emma so my friends ate them around me and i got really bad allergies and my eyes were watering. Also when i was younger, a teacher brought cookies and didnt tell me they had nuts so i ate the cookie and my tounge was super irritated and a little big and the nurse came and helped me

Hi, planes have continued flying during lockdown Victoria, pilots need to keep their licences within 90 days to satisfy regulations. Companies also need to keep take off slots or lose them. So albeit fewer, they have been on going. Hope this is useful to you. . 😊

ams1 I know there are some exceptions, but in my country we can find some restrictions laws through the emergency, so we can’t travel in comercial fly and that’s why I tried to make a joke about that, but thank you ❤️

Hi Lily. Someone close to me has panic attacks. It may help if you can put your face in cold water (or use an ice pack). This affects the vagus nerve, which is connected to panic attacks. You can also try exhaling longer than you inhale (6 sec vs 4 sec, for example) for about 5 min, to alleviate anxiety/panic. It helps balance the part of the nervous system involved in anxiety/panic. If you do this a couple of times a day regularly, you can permanently reduce anxiety. I teach this technique to my clients, and use it myself as well. It doesn't seem like much, but it can be really effective. 💕

Every evening I use the same face mist as you because it is so fresh and the scent of peppermint is fabulous. Caudalie is a french brand ! 😉 Remember to shake it before using it. And finally, I adore the face brushing especially at the end of your video because it is so relaxing !💤💤💤
