I did my own haircut today, I got out lots of combs of different sizes, I used two mirrors and when I shaved I used a straight razor like in the video leaving the same mustache. Thanks for the inspiration.

Im learning how to shave whit nive, and this is helping me, im catching how he moves his hands, the direction and how he stretch the skin so close to the nive👍👍👍

Lets be real here, youd be lucky not to get an infection. India isnt a very sanitary place. This guy hasnt been to barber school or anything of the such. i dont mean any of that in a bad way, its just the reality of the situation.

He is stropping the blade. Most people use a leather belt but it gets all the fine lines from sharpening to face forward and makes the blade razor sharp. He is also doing it during the shave to clean the foam off of both sides to see better.

The guy cut him a a little. Must hurt in those dry conditions.

Straightening the edge by getting rid of the rough edges/burrs that is caused from the sharpening stone. Like a strop or straightening rod.

The difference between a hairdresser and a barber is the services they offer like coloring hair and such, not the gender of the person they are styling.
