Lol it can be hard... I do then in 1 to 2 minute bursts with a few minutes between!

The fact this man can do these fast hand sounds and body movements triggers so long and so consistently after probably working at a very physical job most days is just a testament to his talent and his drive and his connection to wanting to do for and help others.
