i just find your channel great because i dont have to focus on reading facial expressions, listening to the specific way someone talks, have actual eye contact, etc. i find your videos really help when i need to be alone but have company if that makes sense. youre great at what you do!

But what did you really improve? Our quality of sleep. Super relaxing and incredibly kind. Having BDD, I found this especially helpful before falling asleep.
