The day I realized my tingles go away when I'm hung over or under the influence of alcohol was the day I genuinely began to get over severe alcoholism, and this is the video that did it. I doubt a whole lot of people can say ASMR Gibi may have saved their life but seriously Gibi, thank you.

Zoe Canizares I knew I had a problem, but not being able to experience ASMR was the last straw, and I immediately began drinking dramatically less. I've been through various therapies, the 12 step program, jail, but when this video stopped working one morning during a hangover I decided enough is enough.

I actually loved this video so much. I love how you always praise us saying ‘good job’, ‘well done’, and, ‘fantastic’. Especially since nobody ever says those types of things to me in real life. You have become a sort of safe spot or place for me where I can sort of be myself, relax, and feel important and wanted in life. I also like when you tell us to perform certain tasks like follow your hands with our eyes because it sort of makes me feel useful and assures me that I am worth it😂 I also love the black and white. Also, I liked that you were ‘programming’ us and taking/plucking certain things out. ❤️

Here's my small contribution: Earlier this week, I got the first detention of my life (I'm in seventh grade) for forgetting to pick up a paper on the back counter when I walked in. Ugh. My parents weren't mad though, they also thought it was stupid. This is why I'm doing online school next year...

it's a natural reaction of humans. they anticipate either 1. being hit or 2. being stroked, and both those things let out a reaction in their body that gives out tingles, suppressing pain or reacting in the way that cats, or other animals, enjoy being stroked.

EnigmA - idk about easy to see, but if u see color, green is what you see the most of, women typically see 5% more over all color, girls have a .0001% chance of being color blind, guys have a 5% chance of being color blind. These are some of the things i learned in color management class in colage for graphic design.

fun fact this was the first visual trigger video i ever watched 5 years ago and got tingles from it

This was the video where I discovered the face touching trigger. Thank you endlessly, Gibi. You singlehandedly introduced me to the thing that has remedied countless tens of potentially sleepless nights for me.

I like the finger pad tapping, it’s so soft, yet also bassy!

This was the most wholesome KZread comment thread I have ever seen...

This is the best ASMR video ever. I remember the first time I saw Gibi and I felt asleep almost immediately . This amazing girl has some sort of super power. She needs nothing but her mouth and hands to create the perfect video.

I have to say that finger thing you do is incredible it's a very calming sound. I have been watching nothing but you and Creative Calm this past week and I have found my stress levels to be hugely reduced after spending years trying to find something to help. The fluttering thing itself doesn't give me a reaction as such but it makes me think of the videos I have watched and that chills me out. The other day I was in a big traffic jam (getting wound up by the wait) and my friend said "what are you doing"? It turns out that i was sat there fluttering with my fingers by my ears without realising it! Not sure if that is how it is intended to be used but it was working and working well. Normally after about 5 minutes I have had enough, but I was happy sitting there. Thank you for all the time you put in to making other peoples lives better!

this will FOREVER be my favorite ASMR video. FOREVER.

We need ASMR in 4k 120 fps. Those hand movements would seem even closer to reality when seeing them on screen. Great video!

I can’t fathom why, but the sound of you opening and closing your hands is amazing and relaxing
