What is ASMR?
It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Most people experience ASMR in the form of tingles, which is often described as an electrifying sensation down your back. It's very relaxing and comforting but it can go as far as to help with anxiety, sleeping problems and stress. Though ASMR is not a medical treatment and I do not give medical advice.

You're my go-to asmr youtuber for when I'm making some stuff in a game
thanks Nana. The scratching on the cork and book were my favorites. In future videos, please try random, non-rhythmic tapping or fast tapping instead of slow regular rhythmic tapping. I find fast or random taps are closer to scratching and more tingly to my ears. You're the sweetest!
