Panic attacks are awful. I have autism and so get them a lot along with shutdowns which are similar for me and Jocie always helps because I can barely ever take a full breath but I can when I'm watching her. I hope you're okay!

Tips for all my favorite KZread watchers💕 -drink at least 3 glasses of water a day -wash face 3 times a week (I recommend neutrogena cream cleanser) (in an orange bottle) It help me with acne, dry skin, and scars -condition your hair (even if you think you don’t need it) -don’t bite your nails (I know it’s hard) Maybe use a fidget cube or something as a better way of occupying your hands -use moisturizer on face -Use petroleum jelly on eyelashes and eyebrows for thick eyebrows and long lashes -massage your scalp for 2 minutes after shower for hair growth and scalp healing -Love yaa💖

This is something I can actually enjoy watching at night without getting caught because she’s so quiet so my mum won’t slam the door open and snatch my phone

i used to listen to these to focus, it would help my anxiety well and long enough to where i could stop worrying and actually do my school work. now i fall asleep in seconds. it gets better!
