Spending so much life i can never get back watching these vids and im not even mad

I've been raising and training dogs all my life, and with the GSD, you tend to have more gastrointestinal problems with bag foods. The 4 that I have now eat nothing but raw chicken or pork, with raw carrots, cucumbers and sweet potatoes. They are all healthy, perfect weight and no gastro issues. The kennel yard is also cleaner because they are not eating grains. Piles dry to white in one day, and literally blow away. I won't ever buy food in a bag, box or can, for my dogs or myself.

With that number of GSD in your group, isn't it cost prohibitive to feed them what is essentially Human food? I know that the chicken and other meats plus what else you mention is FAR better for them but you must work extra jobs JUST to feed them as you do. Heck, "I" don't eat as well as your Pups seem to. Our old GSDs ate a pretty good lamb and rice dry bag food and were generally pretty healthy until old age did one in and cancer the other. You can't feed them the crap from your local Walmart though. That crap is just corn.

I have fed raw to my Danes since 1997. This never gets old. I watch my dogs eat every meal. Clean teeth, smaller and less smelly poops, less trips to the vet. What's not to love?

Now that i watch this i remember how i loved (still do) to hear my dear Tony chew food and enjoy a propper meal, those happy eyes and tail... oh boy, i miss that sweet and smart dog. I have a cat and a dog now and the dog became "adicted to carrots and chicken" (steals some when i am cooking hahaha) Who could have said that some pleasures in life are indeed quite simple yet so unique? Yea. Had a Jack Russell that lived till she was 15. She loved two things, raw eggs and chasing rodents.

Such a beautiful sable! I’ve always had German ‘shedders’ (little inside joke because they shed year round) never had anything else I grew up with them and I still have them now, I love seeing someone taking such good care of such a beautiful dog. Please keep up the good work, all too often I see people tying them up outside in tiny lots where they can’t move and feeding them the cheapest food they can find (this goes for all breeds) we need more people that actually care and realize they need more!

Alex Hrabousky raw eggs and meat are very good for dogs. They are resistant to salmonella and other food borne illnesses (don’t feed your dog food you know is bad tho)

Bones help keep dogs teeth healthy it like brushing their teeth for them. My dog get meet with bones like 3 times a week. It really good for them and one raw egg a week is as well.

Old comment, I know. But as I understand it, you don't want to give them white meat bones (fish, poultry). Those are built to be lightweight and can splinter and hurt dogs. Red meat bones (beef, pork, lamb) are sturdier and won't splinter. You still want to supervise them with anything like that though.

If you have an asian market near you they almost always have a huge selection of protein options and cuts. all the organ meats from pretty much every animal on the menu ( poultry to pork amd everything in between) . they have lung to liver , all sorts of necks bones , shanks and tails. Usually a good price too or at lesst it is at my local market.

Dog eats better then any American Ive ever met. :)

Chicken bones are only bad if they're cooked or if they're too small. Cooked ones splinter when they're chewed on and can scratch their mouth/throat/stomach/etc. Smaller ones they could obviously choke. Mine gulps stuff down so I can't let her near the bones at all in case she tries to swallow one in a single bite. It all depends on how your dog eats.

Only if it's raw meat with bones. Cooked meat with bones splinter so if it does have bones better to feed it to them raw.

Haemi Joe Freezing specific meats eliminates parasitic worms and parasites in general. Sometimes you have to freeze for quite a long time like 3 weeks. I don’t know if the owner did, though....

Chicken bones are bad only when those bones have been cooked. Raw bones are ok to dogs and cats. All meat too.

cook chicken bones are bad or small chicken bones but bigger raw bones like chicken legs are fine. I give my puppy chicken legs a few times a week. He loves them and are good for his teeth.

Too different, separate times, roasted chicken, cooling, hours to prep and cook. Too different times, found by my gsd s, not a morsel 2 b found. Thought they were out of reach, nope. No evidence

Less filler substances = cleaner bowls. Raw diets and actual decent kibble make a huge difference. My lab/pit had fowl gas all the time and massive piles with degree. Bought him Nutro and my God did it help.

Yes and my gsd absolutely loves hard boiled ones but only the yolks mostly

I eat most of that stuff. Chicken paws make collagen rich broth. Walmart.
