I know ASMR uses triggers, but it's rare to find something concerning trigger points. I just had 16 injections in my back and I use ASMR to relax the pain at night. Whoever starts a series of these would be amazing. Another great video ❤

Oh wow.. 16 injections of what in your back and why? I suffer from severe back pain but can only take ibuprofen from time to time and do some light exercises. ASMR helps in relaxing for us semi-impaired people, too

@@valeriamollica5294 they wanted to do more... They were trigger point injections. My back was full of knots. ASMR distracts the irritation and pain for me. Do you know the cause of your pain?

I also used ASMR to help ease my back/neck pain and put me to sleep. This channel is golden. I found ASMR also put my youngest daughter to sleep when she was overly fussy while I rocked her. Wishing you relief and success with your shots.

@MJSGG No, I don't, and there doesn't seem to be an apparent cause.. might've been genetics or muscular staticity that led to the twisted vertebra. Anyways, ASMR Bakery sounds are really a panacea even for these physical pains - and I still wonder how can it be.

I feel like this channel deserves way more subs

I love it when you do the extreme Triggers the first video i watched was "for people who like really intense triggers (no talking) when you had the preview and was dabbling the ear picks over snd over again. That had me tingling

I think the different time zones are a thing because I’m always in bed ready to sleep and she posts a video “34 min ago” ahhh🥰

36:26 is the best i usually have non-talking asmr as background noise for other tasks, but this sound made me come back to the video to figure out what is was, because of how intensely tingly it is!
