ASMR Crystal Collection: Rock Tumbling

Hello kindred spirits!
How are you?
I am an old rock collector from way back, and in today’s video I showcase some of the crystals and gemstones that I’ve collected over the years.
I also touch on the folklore and meanings of the crystals.
I hope you enjoy!
Xoxo,
Lindy

What about Silver fleck obsidian? I dunno, I can seem to find out about it. I have a beautiful polished one like John Dee had, though mine has clear with silver magic going on inside. Loved your smokey quartz, saw a big moonstone like that, it was so dismal in color it made it interesting.

And...Now I'm stuck on jam, you just taught me how to make it - thanks because I mess up the water bath, you explained it easy to me, I get it now - im a city boy, haha 🪐 How did it turn out? So wonderful, I woke up to this, and I'm a rock kid - I can get the raw stones in the city(chicago) very cheaply at a raw rock dealer in German town at Lincoln Square. Then they have the polished and rare ones at The Rock Shop in Evanston next town over. I found a rare rock digging to China when I was a kid, we took it to a geologist and forever after loved that part of creation and find it neat. I have been reading books lately. Though have been spending more time on herbals recently, field guides and books on herbalism - I started burning herbs as incense. It smells awesome. I'm going to get a piece of Michigan copper soon, because my family used to work the copper mines in Upper-Michigan and it's very cool looking. Nice talking. Great video - I totally enjoyed myself😊🎉❤

You dug to China as a kid too?! Do you know what kind of rare rock you found? That’s so neat! We have put sprigs of rosemary in the fire in our fireplace and it makes the house smell wonderful. Thanks interesting story. Have a great day.

@@Southernladyasmr yeah, rosemary smells like frankincense, or we call it poor man's frankincense because here it's 20$ for a little piece. The rock was a glacial rock that was like incredibly old, looked like ice shaped it and had fossils of plants and small shells imprinted. It felt ancient. Funny thing is our houses were built on an Indian burial ground. Ooooo I got stories haha. Chills. Yeah it was smooth and cool too. The geologist was impressed, but it wasn't worth anything other than history. Dig for China long enough you find Indian clay, remember that? - I rambled on because I'm homesick 4 weeks and talkative hahaha

This was so wonderful. I've loved minerals and gemstones and crystals etc ever since I was really young. I kept my collection in a little jewelry box. I even had some fossils. I remember how magic we thought fools gold was. as an adult I'd say peridot might just be my favorite stone (I say "oh" but but "ought" is probably used more as last sound). It's just like when leaves first open in spring. I also love boulder opals (which your shirt is the color of). And my mom had a star sapphire ring when we were kids that amazed us ☺️.

Lindy… I loved this video My parents had a vacation home in the Mts of PA….I think I told you about. I collected crystals my entire childhood. I have been a rock collector since I was like four or five years old. Go figure😊I would sit for hours near the streams up at the mountains. when I was a child for hour’s and look for clear crystals that’s all I really found….Or understood at the time, and in fact, childhood friend of mine just sent me a crystal and some Creek rocks from the where our Home was located couple months ago. My birthstone is Aquamarine I am a Pisces. My Sons is Amethyst he is an Aquarius. Loved all the history…..I think my mom would throw my rocks out yearly because I take them home and fill my whole bedroom up with them.😂 Thank you again!!! I always attache zodiac signs to rocks or crystals or semi precious stones. I have no idea why but I do anyway thank you so much. I’m watching your video now resting because my facial issue came back overnight with a vengeance. This was the perfect video to watch tonight. Warm regards, Esme’💛🌻 Ps. Got my rock collecting from my father. He was an avid rock collector too, so we would always be looking for rocks wherever we would go whether we be at the shore the mountains anywhere, wherever we could to find them, I still look today since I live as I said near the river. Peace ☮️ out!! Hugs from Nj.

@@Southernladyasmr Thank you 🙏. I really appreciate it. I’m pretty much stuck in the house because I can’t go out in this sun or sweat or do anything. It’s so depressing. I just wish something would kick in. I don’t know what to do… I have done everything. It does make you so depressed and I figure I can’t stay on antibiotics for the rest of my life my God I’m scared to death taking this medication. I worry if something serious pop stuff that the antibiotics will no longer work. It’s terrible when it’s running, and ruining your life. I did see your video when you spoke about an issue you had as a 20 something. I try to stay away from all mirrors. This point and I have done everything that you spoke about in the video except for the Accutane. They have me on antibiotics. Maybe I should talk to her about that but I know you said how bad it is. I guess these are just as bad I will. Time will tell. Have a great week.💛🌻
