@@lanabee420 I've had a good cry, spoke about my feeling to my wife earlier to try not to bottle things up. But I'm still not right 4yrs on as I never got to say goodbye to my Dad as he died during Covid and we weren't allowed in to see him. That always wrecks me x 😢

Tip for stomach viruses. Not sure if it’s common knowledge but my family follows what we call the BRAT diet when we get them. It’s an acronym for banana, rice, apple(sauce), toast. Those tend to be easy on the stomach and it’s always worked for us.

Ever since the algorithm sent your first video my way a few months ago, I’ve been hooked by your candid storytelling and genuine sense of compassion. It’s refreshing how introspective and aware of the big picture you are, as exhausting as that must be sometimes. You get it! Since the world is missing so much of what you share, your channel will only continue to get the growth it deserves. Also, no one chooses to be a tea girly/person… tea chooses us.

Being sick like that is intense. I'm glad you got through it. Some people aren't as fortunate. I don't mind the TMI report as those are the most relatable and interesting as we all go through hard stuff. I was thinking today that I have a lot of negative beliefs about myself, which I've always known and resisted, and these beliefs cause me untold anxiety, allowing me to relate to what you describe about yourself, but the bright side is that just because we believe stuff doesn't make it true and one day we will truly know the difference and really feel our true worth and feel great to be who we are. A day to look forward to. This thought made me feel better. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us.

Yay I am finally getting a chance to spend time with you. Between work and working at home days are long. :) Hope you got that car door open on time. Food poisoning usually shows its effects much sooner and you can feel better pretty quickly once you get rid of it. Its virtually impossible for anything to taste good when you are sick. You have a special talent. Not everyone can be so adorable and loveable while describing the in's and out's of "puking" LOL Hopefully you are feeling better, its a new weekend. :) I gotta get to work but hopefully can catch up wtih your latest cooking vid later today!
