I like these no-talking ones. Not that I don't like your others, but these occasional ones are great for studying or when I'm doing something I need to focus on. Great, as usual, and the birds in the background are nice, too!

Remember to take breaks (and naps) your brain needs time to process and save information. If you don’t give your brain time to do that you COULD have lapses in memory.

These face exams are my absolute favorite that you do! I rewatch them every night. I love when a new one comes out!

If I didn’t look in the description I would never have known you where ill you look fine, well you are blinking more than you usually do & your eyes look a bit puffy😅🤗 but besides that you look fine. Remember you don’t have to whisper and strain your voice, your soft spoken voice is really relaxing.

What I love about your videos is you’re actually touching then lens and getting close and not just doing it from a distance. ☺️☺️
