Options: genetics, fast metabolism, bulimia, starve and binge, extreme work outs, not really eating all that food. Most of these aren't really good for you so id just focus on maintaining a healthy balanced diet and working out and loving yourself AND learning who you are and what is good for you. he actually eats all of it over a course of long periods of time and not in one sitting, which makes eating a lot of sugar a lot more bearable
