yes!! karuna started it as a way to make sure that if the watcher has severe anxiety or is zoned out, the touch does not startle them. i appreciate it a lot when i’m dissociated and very on edge 💕💕💕

Hi Gibi. I’ve got a serious request. I’m not sure if you’re into meditation, but could you do a guided meditation/relaxation video, then put it on iTunes? In these crazy times now, anxiety is at an all time high, & we need ASMR now more then ever. I work in food retail, so I have to be at work, because it’s deemed as an essential service now. I, plus most of the staff feel more uncomfortable working, as the days go on. A lot, including me, have rising anxiety, now I have chest pain. I’m sure there are many that feels the same.

Honestly, I wish I had a friend like this. Chaotic, bluntly honest, out there, a little sarcastic and sassy, supportive, and is just an all out weirdo who isn't afraid to show it. For me, people always expect me to come over and see them because I live so far out (yet they always raincheck on me last minute and say that something came up). I got so sick of putting in all the work, but was never even met half way. Now a days it's hard to find people that I can feel like I can 100% be myself with, and even when I do it doesn't take long for us to slowly drift apart.

I love how much she repeats words, idk why but like it helps me focus and kinda comprehend what she’s saying, if that makes sense. She’s the only asmr youtuber that works for me lol
