I'm actually wearing my Ride the Lightning shirt right now. Metallica is one of those bands where I don't skip any of their songs. I saw them live last year and they put on a killer show, they shook the whole stadium!

i saw them 5 days ago. it was amazing!

I got these albums on a playlist up to Black album and just listen to them back to back. Really good tracks prefer more of the thrash era stuff but their newer albums are good too.

Nice collection! They were also my introduction to metal when I was a kid and were my favorite band for a long time. I think I like Kill Em All, Master and Ride equaly, they're perfect thrash albums imo, but I like a lot of their later material too.

I am more of a digital guy instead of CDs.

It's called a medley, Mercyful Fate was a danish band, like Lars Ulrich. My favorite album is Ride the Lightning. I have many friends who feel like you about the newer albums, but I was never a big fan and I have always tried to take the other side in that discussion.

do you listen to any other metal genres like thrash or nu metal? i usually listen to rap but im kinda getting into more hardcore stuff like anthrax, trash talk, rage against the machine, limp bizkit (even tho everyone hates them). also the artwork for load is from a painting called blood and semen or something like that idk who the artist is

Sorry you had to endure so much bs for your choice in music. I got to see Metallica live a couple of summers ago in Detroit and it was awesome! I highly recommended seeing them live.

i also love Metallica but my favorite is not really heavy metal its more grudge but its nirvana and my favorite song is smells like a teen spirit or all apologies. great vid and question did you like nirvana and if so what is your favorite song

I like Nirvana more now than when I was young. I was a metal fan boy and I thought everything else was crap. I don't think like that anymore. I'm not sure what my favorite Nirvana song is. Lot's of good ones

Hate to be that guy but Bob Rock didnt produce Use Your Illusions 1&2, that was Mike Clink. Maybe you've gotten them confused with Bon Jovi as he produced slippery when wet? Or maybe Motley crue? Again sorry to be that guy, great videos nonetheless!
