I’m sorry you’re going through that, hopefully you’re better able to take care of yourself now. If you can’t, don’t feel bad about yourself for it, a lot of people go through it and have trouble taking care of themselves. And remember that halfway is better than nothing. Brushing your teeth only a little is better than not at all. If you can’t take a shower wash your body with a rag. Small steps is better than nothing

Some people cant help the way thier nails grow. For ex my mom has ingrown toenails and it hurts alot to even touch them. Thier so ingrown her nails make a full o. Were seeing a doc for it tho, she may have to have them removed entirely.
