My name is Isabel and I'm Dutch. My approach to ASMR video’s is combining entertainment in a form of imagination and fantasy (almost movie like) with relaxation. All wrapped into one video for you. This way you can enjoy my videos either before you go to bed to drift off easier, or you can just take a moment of relaxation during the day to calm down and relieve stress.

To get rid of anxiety you need to focus on the present. Living at home, everything is fine. Outside you need to scan for threats. Home - mother or father. Why is it that every ASMR artist suddenly has a litre bottle worth of saliva in their mouth when they do ASMR, I get a lot of people love mouth sounds but there are a lot of listeners put off by it, such as myself...I find this ASMR trend somewhat off-putting

The main thing is that I used to listen and watch a lot of Isabella's stuff, but unfortunately lately I've stopped because everytime I listen to her, she has added so many mouth sounds...I understand the need to follow the trends, but I also think the subscribers who watch her content from years ago, I liked her old content because it wasn't so saliva and intensely mouth sounds...I just wished she remembered those subscribers too when making her content
