Do you clean and repair the sole/heel or clean inside as well or just the outside?

A good video but it has problems, there is a section where the image goes black but you can still hear the sound 8:16 to 9:20 Just goes to prove that your fans do not watch the whole video because if they did they would have the decency to let you know or they are not actual fans and are happy for you to make errors in your videos.
