Whenever you do videos on books for your daughter I remember how I was as a child and a younger teen. I got in trouble many, many times for hiding along the side of my bed at midnight, 2AM with a small flashlight to read when I was supposed to be sleeping. Somehow my mom just always knew! There were times I would go through a 150 page book in a day. I can still do that with ease, but as an adult we often times just simply don't have an entire day to devote to such things, sadly. I LOVED the Percy Jackson series!! I think I was about 12 when I first read it and then read them all in a week. The movies are very loosely based on the books and there's a new TV series coming. There are spin off series that might be for some a little older that are just as good too!

OMG!!! I absolutely ADORE The land Of Stories, it got me into reading at 9yrs old and it is my whole childhood. So glad to see them! Its very underrated

Percy Jackson is great! Don’t worry it’s appropriate for all ages, I read it when I was 10 and it was perfectly fine! I’m 20 now and still quite enjoy the series ^__^

I'm currently finishing the last book of the Apollo series which is also playing in the Percy Jackson world. Apollo is beyond amazing, highly recommend it! And it's by far my favourite book series by Rick Riardon 😊 Liked the Land of Stories series by Chris Colfer too 🙂 For all YA fantasy lovers, Artemis Fowl, Bartimaeus and The Last Dragon Slayer are also great book series! ❤️

The French covers for the Land of Stories series are so much cooler than the English/American ones.

I read Percy Jackson series when I was 14 in Spanish (my native language) and it was SO good that I had to read all the Camp Half-Blood Chronicles

Percy Jackson is one of my all time favorites but I didn’t read it until high school…I don’t remember why I didn’t read it before. There is also a follow up series that’s good. The movies series is nothing like the books though, it’s like…fine I guess as a stand alone movie series but it misses the mark with the books. They are making a new TV series about it now!

Your kids should check out The Last Airbender! Its right up their alley.

My husband and I love the hogwarts battle. Having the expansions makes it that much better. Although it ends up taking up my whole dining room table for several evenings so we just kind of stand around to eat haha but it’s super fun so it’s worth it.
