The triggers that work for me don't work when randomly provided over and over. But when they are part of a process or story, they are wonderful. And Tingting does this better than anyone. Thank you for the work you put into these videos.

Usually, people build up their tolerance to something by being exposed to said thing, however with Tingting I'm slowly losing it. Years ago I was able to resist an entire video without getting sleepy, just relaxed, now that I'm familiar with her voice, her softness and gentleness, the way she moves and her style, it's like my brain shuts down almost instantly. It goes like this ↓ T: "Hi guys , werrcome back" My brain: *IT'S TIME TO SLEEP BYE*

Agreed. She doesn't need layered sounds or fancy intros (although those things can be nice). Just her presence is like 85% of what makes her content so relaxing. When I'm having a stressful day at work, I've learned to pull up a Tingting video and listen for a few minutes.

My daughter has autism and is almost non-verbal, but not quiet. She yells a lot still if she can’t have her way immediately. So these videos heal my ears during peaceful times. Ting, you are such a beautiful soul! Thank you! ❤

I don't think wanting to have a normal life without exterior influences and powerful people interfering on every single aspect of a person's life, even unrelated ones that should 100% stay unrelated, is qualified as 'wanting to get their way'. These oppressive systems and influences are here for a reason, they wouldn't need them if it wasn't to have ans exert power of choice or influence over someone and their life and the people around them, and someone who refuses to live her life around the influence of powerful people who have no other interest other than to exert power in her life and that of those around her and make choices for her, seems like a sane person to me, not someone who wants to get their way, but what do I know lol, it's not like people don't miss the point consistently. I think it's powerful people trying to get their way, but instead of yelling, they manipulate others or provoke people into reacting to their power trip hardons. Different strategy, but newsflash: everyone is trying to get their way, except powerful people can because you all enable them to do whatever they want due to money or influence, and others, according to you, have to accept whatever fate powerful people reserve for them and the control they have over their life and others around them. Some of us just have the cute goal of wanting to lead a normal existence without this stupid circus and having to perform monkey dances so powerful people can give their approval or disapproval and decide if we deserve to have connections and people in our lives or live isolated. Lol istg these spoiled kids, wanting to have a normal life instead of being a Sim in someone's stupid games of power (who made them a god? And why is no one questioning this person's, or people's, authority? And why do they get to be in charge of others and why do you think that is okay and even enable it? Some cute questions to reflect on the things you say instead of being brainwashed), what's next, wanting oxygen to live?! Gotta perform a good duty, but even then, if you don't have rich parents or are one of the Powerfuls™️, tough luck! Absolutely absurd the way you all think and what you allow powerful people to get away with. Props to your daughter for yelling at oppressors though, ofc you'd spin the whole point into 'getting what she wants', instead of the freedom of no outside influences on her life, which is what any normal person lives with, not some spoiled wish. I think a lot of you have no idea what it's like being in that situation, and you take for granted that you don't have anyone with a god complex trying to command your life.... I say a lot of you who talk about and gossip about others should try it for at least a month, see how you'd get with it, since you think it's so fun and normal to live like that and still have to accept the bad things that are happening because someone decided that way intentionally, or because others decided to play god as well, not because it is happening organically and as a series of naturally unfolding events, as life should be and is for most people not being surveilled by gods and wannabe gods. I hope those people trying to play god in other people's lives get to experience the same, just for funsies, get a taste of their own medicine 😊 but sure, idk how many people trying to play god in another person's life and it's your daughter who wants to get her own way, not these "gods" lol I'm legitimately impressed with how people react to powerful people and don't question self-titled gods' decisions or legitimacy to act like a god, you simply accept that a human, or several, gets to play god. This is why people get in cults, this question not thy power or legitimacy for having power (why do you have it? what do you want to achieve? why are people allowed to replicate your behaviour and play god as well? nobody reflects on these things and then oops, someone is being oppressed now, how did that happen amirite) mentality. The most wonderful parts of my life were when the fourth wall didn't break and I forgot there were gods and people playing god in my life and I could just enjoy it authentically, and I hope I get to experience that organic way of living and knowing things are just happening as they should, not because someone is playing god in my life and exerting influence, for more years to come, maybe when people stop making others' lives a reality show without their consent it might happen, but first the system itself needs to be destroyed so we can all go back to normal living, and it all falls into place. Either way, hope you're good, idk who your daughter is, but hope she's well and you get some rest ❤

To add, I’m a SPED educator and as much as we love our children, feeling exhausted is a natural response. You deserve to relax, don’t listen to their nonsense.

OOoo I need this today...I had to go aboard my neighbor who I share a wall with, for not cleaning his toilet and I could smell it. Thankfully he had a girl come in right away to clean up. Then, the rats chewed through the electrical cord for my ultrasound rat repeller. I am taking care of an ageing cat and it's difficult making her take her vitamins. It's raining cats and dogs here all day in Nova Scotia. And it's a Monday.
