The only idea that I have is just to keep doing what you're already doing...These vids are spectacular...Extremely relaxing!!!...For some reason I get ASMR when you're combing a client's hair...I'd love a long video of you doing nothing but combing & styling.

My uncle has been a barber since the 50's. He used that technique up until a few months ago. He has now passed at age 91.
I see a lot of comments about the silence …. I actually appreciate it… there’s no need for conversation the ambience is enough to entertain the client … and u can literally hear ever stroke every aspect of the entire experience from the wrapping of the neck strip to the individual strokes of the straight razor

Skill, class, expertise. Perfect barber. Oh and the cinematography is top notch. All in all I'm glad I subscribed. And I wish this barbershop was in my neighborhood.
I thought he was done 4 or 5 times and then he goes in for more refining. It turned out gorgeous. A real talent!

I'm 34 and live in Farm country in in Nebraska, USA. This is how almost all of my haircuts were growing up at the barber. As a little kid there was a while where this was done for a flat top hair cut also.

That was a transformation. Just discovered your channel. Fabulous conent. Feels rich with culture and history. With every video I've watched I feel like I've stepped back in time for a few moments. I've been cutting my own hair since 2009. I have thick curly hair and the barbers I use to go to just never got it quite right with the top of my hair. My favorite cut I do is kind of a hybrid fro hawk with a fade side and back. I run the fro hawk down the back but I taper it and fade it from the neck up if that makes sense. Sorry for long post. Great conent and I'm learning lots from you. You got a subscriber for life my friend. Cheers from across the pond.

I am 51 years old... and started going to the barbershop when I was 5 years old... never saw any alcohol drank and no one smoked in the shop.
Honestly, seeing those sharp, clean, awesome looking haircuts in all his videos, almost makes me want to be a man. Just so I can get such a haircut. 😊

I grew in the 60s and 70s going to the barber shop every six weeks. I was 21 the first time I went to an actual hair stylist. The barber shop I went to had a very comfortable waiting room that was loaded with magazines and comic books. He probably had a couple thousand comic books. I didn't mind waiting at all. These days I get my hair cut at Mohlar's Barber College.
