I have always had a hard time getting my 3yr old to sleep. So I decided to try one of your videos because they always work for me. Well she just wanted to play with my hair, scratch my back and whisper in my ear. 😆 It was the cutest thing ever but the complete opposite affect that I was going for. 🤦‍♀️

I really wish ASMR spas were a thing because watching the videos helps me manage the psychological part of chronic pain by reducing the anxiety that the pain gives me, which in turn helps my muscles relax. I'd be visiting an ASMR spa weekly if they were around. But I'd be afraid of sleeping and missing the whole service because I'm Narcoleptic 🤣 I fall asleep all the time, I don't need help making me any sleepier. I also fall so deeply into sleep that I can't be woken up. I'd be left at the spa in the way of everyone else for hours and that's just rude of me 🤣

You should try asmr back scratching/tracing whisper with someone outside during the sunset or morning! Like sounds of birds n nature along with your triggers yaaaaaes!!💛

You should try and focus on the nape of the neck and stroke up all the way through the scalp! Personal opinion but that gives me tingles like crazy! Love you videos!

It's a general good spot for pressure during a massage i think and also while running the fingers through the back of the head up from the neck . It's generally the spot to get massaged lol the top of the head is nice when the fingers kinda spider to the sides of the head. Not sure who's to explain it but it give sme insane tingles if someone does that to me or when I see it.

Have been dealing with a headache for two days, this relaxed me enough to finally release some of that tension that was causing it. I love ASMR! Newly subscribed, but this might be my favorite channel now!

i remember in grade 6, the friend i sat next to in math class always asked if she could play with my hair. of course i let her lol. from then on my math class everyday was so much more enjoyable. the side profile hair play brought that memory back

I will always believe that ASMR feels good because it is good for you. I think that beta state is very helpful to let go of stress, and I think that bathing your brain with dopamine naturally is really helpful to our well being. Maybe some day - some day - we will recognize ASMR as being as good for you as a massage.

It would be a great business to offer a personal ASMR video for a present - the ASMR done as a gift say for an engagement or birthday, anything really.
