I have had an issue sleeping for years now, and nothing has helped other than medication, but then I feel drugged in the morning. I have been able to sleep, soundly, easily, and thoroughly through the night with your videos. I turn one on, and I go to sleep for the night. Same..puts me right to sleep every time. Way better than the melatonin I used to take which was a hit or miss if it worked.

@@SafeSpaceASMR I also want you to know I appreciate and love how honest and open you are about your skin/acne and that you mention you are a “picker” in many of your videos, it is empowering and refreshing . I have battled with keratosis pilaris on my arms and thighs my whole life and unfortunately I am a horrible “picker” and hold a lot of shame and embarrassment after a picking session. I typically pick my skin when I am really stressed so ASMR has helped my sleep and slowed my picking 😂
