This is very cheesy and I enjoyed it because they keep laughing and joking as I would. I too do not understand his ASMR stuff.
SONG SPOILERS TODAY: Ricky's songs: Original - amazing. Second best original, just slightly behind Rose's original. Duet - Looks like it will be fun live as Blake and Terry McDermott in season 3. Cover - Kinda random. Ricky should invest in live guitar solos. Ricky must do well live. Katie songs: Original - terrible. There is no other word. Duet - christmas song. It has appeal but could be better. Cover - WTF?? "I DON'T WANT TO MISS A THING"???? Is this the great ballad John promised??? What a disaster. Rose's songs: Original - beautiful. Best original, slightly ahead of Ricky's original. Duet - On average. Choice of song could be better. Cover - It could also have been a more impactful song but Rose can pull rabbits out of the hat. Jake's songs: Original - basic, generic. Duet - Nice choice. He and Kelly sound great. Cover - the same as always. More of the same. Overall, for all the songs, my ranking would look like this: 1 - Rose 2 - Ricky 3 - Jake 4 - Katie John was a complete disaster in the song choices. If anyone still had hope of Katie winning Hoot, forget it. Unfortunately, Hoot will win off and Ricky must steal Katie's second place. John's tragic choices.

I feel like Ricky will pass Katie as well. But it all depends on how they preform, visuals, etc. I think the obvious winner is Jake Hoot. Even tho he isn’t my favorite.
