The cake is only sponge cake and whipped cream. Not that sweet. And there is a "trompe l’œil" technique or optical effect, if you prefer, which make that depending on the angle where you place an object, it will appear twice as large when it is placed in front of the camera. If you look closely at the hand holding the chopsticks, the portion looks huge, but suddenly shrinks when it is close to the mouth. I learned that by watching a video from a KZreadr who presented his pet green frog. She looked huge and a lot of people in the comments thought she was CGI-edited. But the KZreadr explained in the video how he chose the angle so that she appeared twice as big while he, in the background, looked normal size. It was mind blowing. And after that, I saw a lot of this technique used in mukbang, specially with cakes. Also, a lot of "mukbangers" say that they worked out at least 1 or 2h a day, even more. I do not know if it the case. There is also people who can eat anything and never get fat. (I am deeply jealous of them for that. 😂)
