I usually do the same exact thing. I fall asleep with it next to me and eventually my phone dies and I’m sleeping. Idk how she does it but it puts me to sleep so I applaud.

The combination of high video quality, low light, and proper colour white balance was so nice! Honestly couldn’t stop admiring it throughout the video

I really appreciate that you are using a yellowish light 😁 I love light triggers but when people use those super bright white lights it hurts my eyes no matter how low i turn the brightness. Great video!

I never thought Asmr would actually make me fall asleep, but here I am. This helps at night when I can't use sound or let anyone know I'm awake on my phone...

best asmr for deaf people got the tingles even when she did not speak, it was tingly as heaven

love this one of yours in particular. Hearing your instructions and letting the viewer know they're following them correctly is great, feels like I'm entirely in your hands.

This is such an interesting, cool, creative idea for a channel that I didn't know I needed in my life. I don't know if you wlare trying to brainwash on a mass scale, comfort strangers, help us relax and/or sleep, or just for that monetization, but it's working. You kick ass and I salute you!

quick tip. Pupils constrict when light hits your eye. The pupil dilates when the light is taken away. For example, at night, in the dark, your pupils will be dilated to try to get more light into them. Where as in the daylight the pupils will be smaller and more constricted to keep out too much light.

I enjoy this too! Someone who I find specifically does "eyes closed" light triggers is The Laughing Heart ASMR. He has some videos where he instructs you to close your eyes and then "sweeps" the light across your field of vision. It's super relaxing.
