The goal for my channel is to keep things simple, organic, and focused on triggers, because those are my favorite types of ASMR videos. I am a big fan of gentle tapping and scratching, so those are the style of my most frequent uploads, but I make other types of trigger videos as well. I am also more than happy to hear your suggestions, so please don't hesitate to comment and let me know if there are any types of videos or triggers you would like to see from me.

what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep.

thank you so much for this video!!! one of my faaaavorite triggers is bowls & other containers over the mic but i usually only get to enjoy it for short segments of videos. you're one of my favorite asmr channels so i was SO EXCITED to see this video. looooove the sound of that 2nd plastic bowl

This was SO relaxing. What a great idea. I loved the green bowl the best and I like how you have a theme with all of the colors in the video complimenting each other. Loved it!
