Just want to say I have been struggling to sleep on a nightly basis until the last two weeks or so when I began falling asleep to your 3 hour videos every night. It's really helped me a lot, moreso than other ASMR channels, so thank you for making these.

My uses are plural. To sleep, to concentrate, to calm anxiety. To sleep snug and warm I let my imagination run free and see a dark cold night on the dunes with the wind blowing the dune grasses every which way. I swear I’m asleep in minutes.

@@linds7774 I do. The problem is the vast majority of asmr videos are super bright, which in my opinion makes no sense when they're for sleeping. Just giving feedback in case she's moving towards brighter videos overall.
