I once had a yoga teacher who did this the last 5 minutes of every class. Just let us lay down and make us relax every muscle. I loved that excercise ❤ Even after an hour of yoga, I was always surprised how much tension was left. So thank you for the reminder! 😊 It really helps, indeed! 🙏❤️

I remember Massage ASMR doing mic tapping years ago like this! I never managed to find anyone do it the same way. Gentle, deep and extremely high bass, more of a bump than a clicky tap. Love it, thank you

I absolutely love the "relax" trigger where you repeatedly say "relax" in a calm manner, but rather quickly, and then elongate the "a" in a whispery sound. I first heard it from Tena ASMR, who I believe invented this trigger. It was her signature intro, and I adored it. However, I must say, you do it even better. For me, it's an even more effective trigger when you do it.

When you repeat “RELAX, SLEEP, GOOD, & CLOSE”, from one mic to the other, really gives me tingles and makes me fall asleep faster. You should do a video of you doing JUST that with background music I would really love it 😍

The quick finger snap thing you do is one of my favorite things.

I love your slow blinking ones also and I like how sometimes you introduce a unoque trigger that means something every time you bring it up like saying a singing bowl if you hear it, it means a reminder to relax those shoulders and jaw more deeply and feel more sleepy etc and the snap of the fingers before the slow blink is just so perfect for feeling relaxed and sleepy

I just found your channel and it has helped me a lot, I have insomnia issues due to health problems and I was happy to find your channel after searching for a long time, through dozens of ASMR'tists Finally I was able to get some sleep while trying to use a Apap machine, its been weeks since I slept more than 2 or 3 hours at a time, but now after hearing this video I was able to sleep 6 hours.
