The goal for my channel is to keep things simple, organic, and focused on triggers, because those are my favorite types of ASMR videos. I am a big fan of gentle tapping and scratching, so those are the style of my most frequent uploads, but I make other types of trigger videos as well. I am also more than happy to hear your suggestions, so please don't hesitate to comment and let me know if there are any types of videos or triggers you would like to see from me.

what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep.

I used to constantly eat/suck hard ginger candy that they gave at the clinic when I was pregnant, that really helped. Or if you really feel sick but need to eat, I just stuck with soup. And I always kept a banana and crackers beside my bed because I would be woken up with horrible nausea.

I don’t think there’s a minute that goes by I don’t feel a little nauseous! I’ve been sucking on the gingers and it’s helping quite a bit. Lemon water too! I’ve noticed if I eat something my stomach agrees with, it subsides a little 🤢… can’t wait for the first trimester to end!

lol I had my volume a lil to low and only had my headphones on one ear so when you were tapping on the beetles box I thought you said they were tampons. I got super confused when you said they were gingerbread scented 😂😖. Thank God I heard that wrong. That would be a horrible pairing 😂😂.

If you're a frequent user of nasal spray decongestant I highly recommend using the pump mist kind. It squirts out smaller concentrated doses and it doesn't flood your nose with liquid. Only issue is the bottles don't sound as good lol. I use sinex severe the mentholated version and it works better than any other one of tried. For some reason though they never have it in store in my area any more and on Amazon the price keeps fluctuating as well as the delivery time which is annoying. I'm unfortunately addicted to this crap so I have to use it multiple times per day every day or I can't breathe through my nose which gives me panic attacks. I'd rather deal with using the nose spray all the time than the anxiety from a blocked nose.

omg the nose block anxiety and panic is so real. i used to use sinex all the time but i find recently its so expensive and i can get the lil off brand squeeze ones for like $3-4 🫡 and i hope you’re using flonase because it sounds like you prob have pretty bad allergies and inflammation just like me.

@@BittyASMR I thought about trying Flonase but I never use to have an issue with allergies then suddenly like 2 years ago I started having problems. Then I was sick for like 3 months straight and that's when I got addicted to the nose spray 😫. It's ridiculous how much they keep raising the prices of it. I alternate between sinex and Mucinex but I can only use the menthol kind and the pump mist or it doesn't work. I just actually found some generic menthol pump mist on Amazon today that had 3 bottles for like $8. Apparently it's the same brand sold at Family Dollar. I jumped on that immediately. I was doing the subscribe and save with the Mucinex and it was like $9 a bottle but no they upped it to almost $15. It's absolutely crazy and the soonest you can get it is a month from now. I literally can't go with out or my anxiety is off the charts. It's my biggest trigger which is insane. I also recently realized I have a deviated septum which I swear I never use to. I don't know if it can happen from aging or what. I just turned 40 so I guess I should expect that 😭😭.

it was a little nerve wracking at first. i recommend starting slow, maybe not showing your face or talking at first if you are more comfortable that way. 😊
