I agree! She definitely knows what sounds help you relax . I have listened to her while in an anxiety attack. she helped calm my mind and body. I like listening to her before bed also.
I’d love to see like a “library” role play! Book tapping/tracing and page turning are some of my fave triggers!

I found your channel last night new to ASMR I had no expectations actually to be honest my expectations were low. I started with this video, and I was in such a deep relaxed state it was as if I was in a deep trance entering another dimension. I suffer from severe chronic pain 24 hours a day, I can honestly say I have never been able to achieve this state of relaxation as I did with your videos. You have a beautiful gift, and you are a blessing to so many. I sincerely from the bottom of my heart thank, and appreciate you. Sending love and light 🙏

Thank you!! And good luck 🥰💖
I like that you take your time with each trigger. I like the soft whispers with shuuuuuu. The finger flutters, tapping the CORK are pretty much the only trigger that work on me. Still like all of your work 17:57 covering & uncovering eyes The hands floating across the screen 25:06 cork tapping 29:14 inaudible whispers (with brush face tracing) are the best .
You mentioned favourite trigger words, the most underrated imo is “BUBBLY”, Gibi ASMR said it in a trigger word video once and it’s been the only trigger word to ever give me tingles lol
i've recently been liking the trigger word "cute" because angel asmr does it wonderfully. but some of my other favorites are crinkle, crackle, tingles, and relax :)

I’ll need to check her out! I love that as a trigger word 🥰
Eye/camera covering is one of my absolute favorite triggers! I don’t see it a ton, so it was super nice to have a whole segment of it
Lately I've finally been able to fall asleep and calm down without sleep medication thanks to Sarah's videos. 😊❤ It's especially the whispering and personal attention, but also the hand movements and the kind, accepting vibes that do it for me. Just feels like a hypnotic safe space, if that makes sense. 😅
You're an ASMR genius. Thanks to you, I'm healing.
This was the perfect way to start off the week! Loved the different triggers in this. Especially the water globes and cork sounds. I also loved your hair in this one, Sarah! And for the future trigger words video, one of my favorite trigger words is peppermint. 💜

I also looovvee that sticky sound of the grips on the water globes 😴😴😴 sooo relaxing ❤ thank you!!!
I actually think I could fall in love with Sarah!! Her voice is SOOOOO soothing, so comforting and So relaxing and I could listen to her all day, EVERY day!! The little clicks as she speaks are awesome! I am not usually inclined to write comments but, This lovely lady deserves many many comments and Many Compliments and even more Subscribers. Thank you so much for the many times you have helped Me, Too at the very least relax and the best part is if I can get sleep as a massive insomniac.
Another great video!! I don’t have a favorite trigger word. I just overall enjoy the whispering and even inaudible whispering. I also really love the mouth clicking noises.
Oooh trigger heaven ! The nail sounds on the B&N journal are amazing 🤩
i LOVE the trigger word stiple. especially just on repeat. stiple stiple stiple stiple 🤤
Congrats on your 236k!! I hope you reach your goal! I'm so happy to be here and watch you grow as an ASMR artist, you are so talented! 💗
I like the trigger word Sleepyness when you said it it was very relaxing and making me fall asleep 😊
You are the best Sarah, thank you for helping me with anxiety
Haven't commented in a while, but I enjoyed every single one of your videos lately. This one was sooo relaxing! The mics' position was perfection 👌🏼 And thanks for that inaudible bit, so tingly! ❤

I have that same leather journal from b&n! It was a gift from a friend and I love it 🥰 I also attempted to use mine as a travel journal but now it's my regular journal whenever I feel like reflecting or writing something a little more meaningful than random notes or scribbles
your inaudible whisper is so satisying and clicky
Also safe to say water globes are my fave trigger
Just in time for bed! Let’s gooooooooooooo! Thank you Sarah! 💜
I like the breathy chit chat & woodwick candle ❤🎉💌 Happy Valentine’s Day Sarah!!
Mines not a trigger word per say but when you say things like “brush , lush , anything with SH at the end” I love that sound ☺️💕
i go to college in michigan and have been up for a long time following the news about the msu active shooter. i have lots of family and friends that go there and the anxiety i feel is keeping me up. this video is helping me calm down, thank you for this.

my favorite trigger words are coconut and stipple
perfect timing for this vid!
It was such a surprise when you asked if we were a cat or dog person and decided that we are a rabbit person, bc I actually myself am a bunny mom. It was a very personal experience, I enjoyed it
Hey Sarah, thank you for another great video and sharing all you do. To answer your question @ 35:52, some of my fav trigger words end with "ling" like "sparkling" or "crackling". Another is words with a "t" sound such as "comfort" or "ultimate". Lastly for me; whispered and inaudible sounds are like you said, great for the background when I'm not really listening but want the sound.
Yay a new video!😊 gonna sleep good tonight
I really like your videos. Thank You iso much for creating them 💜✨🪷
Hi ! Ur videos are Ultimately calming helps me to fall asleep love ya keep doing this 💓 ur loyal fan 💓

Thanks for the video Sarah!
The best trigger word is RELAX (especially when you accentuate on the "xs" sounds) 😍😍😍 That would be awesome 😍 Thank you 😍
Your videos are such a delight
Such a specific trigger word but the way you say "today" always gets me lol like "Ta-Day". Thanks for another lovely video, Sarah!

Ooo I love specific trigger words!! 💕 I’ll include this in a future video!
I work overnight and weird hours. I tried all the apps but this is the one that gets be to sleep. And Sarah is not dull on the screen!!!!
Love love love this 💜 thanks for the dedication and posting an HOUR of relaxation! Idk if youll see this or not but i also use a straightener to curl my hair. A couple of very helpful tips would be to get yourself a really good texture spray ( personally I love the sea salt texture spray from VERB) when you clamp the straightener on your hair twist as you go and curl away from the face going slowly
Very good triggers 💜💜✨
I’ve watched this video 3 times and not made it past the leather journals without falling asleep 💕
Happy Valentine's Day Sarah. I love your top and your earrings.
ohh so early 🤍 thank you for this video, i hope it helps me to fall asleep now
Love your shirt! It gives Frida Khalo vibes i think and it looks great on u!
Stressful day at work. I decided to listen at work instead of at home. I may or may not have caught myself drooling and having droopy eyes from being so relaxed at my desk. Lol
This is a great video. Absolute masterpiece 👏 Alsooo please post more book asmr. Really really looking forward to it😁🤍
My favorite trigger word is "spooky"💖

I was looking for a comment like this, lol. I mean, obviously she is a FANTASTIC ASMRtist… but also that shirt is SO CUTE 😍 😍😍
I'm typing this comment right after your thing with the globes. I don't know about sleep, but you have succeeded in making my brain damn near close to empty. Can't even remember what the word is when you whisper extra hard and extra rhythm into the mic, and make my neck and shoulder muscles go bubbly and I want to float on top of the air and it has something to do with the lack of something in my head. Words make less sense right now, I just love what you're doing. Happy belated birthday.

Could you do another journal store roleplay or gemstone/crystal roleplay? The previous ones you did were so so good and I would love to see you do similar ones.
I really like any words with t’s and s’s for trigger words.. for example tasks
You are an amazing asmr artist and such a beautiful person inside and outside. Thank you for sharing your lovely videos! Have a wonderful Happy Valentines day ;)
My favorite trigger word is probably prosecco like the white wine. I really like how it sounds and rolls off the tongue
Yaaay! New video!
Wow its nice to know that others enjoy as much as i do anytime a candle is used and described hope theres more crackling goodness in future videos 😅😁
So relaxing. Good source of inspiration. Thanks for sharing!
