@@hel2727 bosses in raids in lost ark switch thier position in the map between the phases and flare shows the bosses new position, so you don't waste time looking for the boss around the map. Btw new position is random

Oh Asmon Gold is amazing. It's great that you cleared a solo play against Bertus without ever dying. Chromanium is easier than Bertus, so don't worry.

Here to answer all the people still thinking that these attacks hit like a wet noodle ( the grab attack etc ). He's using a passive that lowest his max hp to 30% but gains a 60% damage reduction + a huge damage boost, this is why it looks like those huge attacks hit like a wet noodle on him. It's because he's actually at 90%+(depending on how hard the attack hits and armor ofc) health not 30% Including his damage reduction from the passive, that grab attack he does can take you from 10k health to 0 in 1 hit most of the time. I've gotten flat out 1shotted by It a few times with 11k hp. I see some real stupid comments 24/7 on his videos saying that nothing does any damage, when It's literally just because his 90%+ hp is displayed as 30% because of the passive. Research goes a long way, he has answered this a million times too on his stream already.

Thanks for the info, I only watch the KZread stuff. So with that passive you would take slightly more damage than not having it but I'm guessing that it's worth it for the extra damage boost it gives you?

@@Tolkfie It's a damage and movement/attack/skill speed/cooldown buff. The other major benefit is that the smallest (30%) HP potion heals you to your max effective HP. And there is synergy with a bunch of skills and card effects that only trigger when you're below 50% HP. E.g. there are easy to get card effects (combining a 2-set and a 3-set) that gives you a net -20% damage taken when you're below 50% HP which in addition to the intrinsic -65% from Mayhem's burst mode actually makes you net tankier than you were originally without even considering the higher effectiveness of heals. I don't think Asmon is running any of those, though.

He's also overgearing the boss by 60+ ilvl, that helps with staying alive. You can't get hit that much if you go in the regular way.

@@Cybermarth Berserker is pretty much the hardest class to solo Guardians because no range and no mobility. Every other class can either dodge easier or just stay out of range.

@@florianneumann6082 how does the gunlancer or puncher dodge easier can you explain? Berseker is one of the easiest classes to solo this boss, his damage reduction mechanic literally makes the grab do 0 damage. Blue gunlancer is equally easy. They're both easy for solo PvE content.

@@ad-zh5ot How is that even a question? First off Gunlancer does more damage from the front while other DPS do more damage from the back, so it's way better for soloing. Same with counters. Also, they don't even dodge? That's the point.

@@Kyrones Poker is also luck based. But it's also skill based. It's not like rolling a fricken die and having no control over anything. Similar to this - yes the chance is a %, but i's a fixed % while giving you control of where you can chose to spend that chance. He spends 65% chance, heck even did a 75% (which is max) on the red one sooo yeah, not the best move XD

Actually Asmon is right about that bleed rune and whirlwind, cause every hit of a skill with bleed rune refreshes the duration of bleed debuff. So in terms of hitting more enemies range tripod is better, but in terms of doing more bleed dmg tornado is actually better

You can see how much the movement is Monster hunter inspired, it's easy to read ahead of the beasts moves

What's the difference between a blind sniper and a constipated owl? One shoots but can't hit. The other hoots but can't shit.

I spent the full 20 mins on bard taking 0 damage but also doing 0. Felt bad

i failed 4 times in a row with 75% chance and then i succeded on less than 50% 4 times in a row on the negative stat...

The pain of failing 75% twice in a row is excruciating

Yes and no. Vertus is just 100% anti melee, from what i understand other bosses are harder but they are designed in a way that doesn't fuck you as a melee player simply for playing a melee class.

This game looks so addictive and fun to me. I don’t have the finances to spend on a good PC though. So, frustrating. That’s why I hope Diablo 4 isn’t locked to Microsoft and is on all platforms. Then I can play something that plays potentially similar.

Lost Ark is really well optimized, so you don't really need a very high-end PC. Unless you are planning for a long term investement rig, that is a different story.

The acesscories and gear go from uncommon, rare, epic, legendary, to relic. This applies to each tier, and by the ilvl asmongod has in this video he definitely will be getting legendary tier 1 acesscories. When you get to ilvl 802 you start over again at a rare set and upgrade to epic, legendary so on, and process repeats in tier 3 with ilvl 1100
