Dunce nuh bat. There was a dude before independence and it wasn't Bustamante either. After the federation in the Caribbean was formed Michael Manley was in charge for 1 yr then the queen turn around took it from him and gave it to Bustamante and called him Prime Minister. But the 1st right to that 'ruler' position was Manley.

The longest river in Jamaica is Rio Minho at 93km … Black River, however, is only 53km long. So yeah the Rio Minho is actually the longest river in Jamaica 😅
