    Thanks so much for your content and for your work you are putting in for the community! I really appreciate that! Could you share your beatsales of the last 3-6 months? Like in a lot of videos I saw those crazy numbers which are most of the times from around 2021, which is great to see. But I think it would be also super helpfull to know what more up-to-date figures look like.

    Thank you for helping us Dilly 🙏 Do you think there is a particular part of the day when it is best to post a video? how to protect beats from theft, and should they be protected? does beatstars reward consistency like youtube?

  • @DillyDGIB

    @DillyDGIB

    Жыл бұрын

    1. I like 1pm MST. But just a consistent time does work best. Also depends on where your audience lives. You don't want it too late and you don't want it too early 2. Master your beats and tag them so that when they rip it, it's lower quality. 3. High quality Volume is always the best approach imo, some people succeed without this, but I think that's rare.

    @DillyDGIB Thank you for taking your time to respond 🙏 One more question, in addition to my second question that I asked, do you recommend protecting your beats by registering them to distrokid or anything similar so that you can collect royalties from people stealing your beats ? Or is that a bad idea because then you would need to whitelist manually every single person that purchases a lease?

  • @timrault
    @timrault Жыл бұрын

    Hey Dilly ! Two quick questions : 1/ What's the strategy in terms of which beats we should post to KZread and which beats to only upload to beat stars ? If my beat is already available on KZread for free I can't really sell it on beatstars anymore can I ? So I guess the strategy would be to post every 5th beat to KZread and the rest goes to beat stars ? 2/ Do you see AI generated beats as a serious threat to type beat producers ? Have a great one !

    If you are an EDM producer i would rather advice to sell sample packs,loop kits, presets for like serum, vital or any vst you use to make music with.
