the cat died at least 90 days ago I believe.

I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I got a diet plan from Dietarize and started doing some exercises at home. My family was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it... I lost 77lbs thanks to my dieta and dedication, and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath.😀

@@davidlikes2run no, it won't as long as you are training with good form. If you train with bad form it could result in an injury to growth plates, which will/could stunt growth.

What I’ve realised it’s if you really work well and intelligent on your warm ups, cool downs and joints mobility it’s have a such a positive experience with training athletic long-living as calisthenics, gymnastics and bodyweight disciplines.
