@@christianb8228 He is easily the most obliging cop in the series so far, I think the joke is not lost on him. While it does make for a bit of a boring video, it's nice to see at least one person not froth in anger at being questioned the same way they question others. When the cameraman says "Gotta secure the situation and make sure everything's safe for me, you know" and the sheriff says "Absolutely of course" I think is him trying to downplay how ridiculous these lines of questioning are.

This Lieutenant Tully is the best example of a respectful, cooperative officer who should be held in the highest regard by everyone who views this post. If every law enforcement officer was as respectful to a citizen as he was there wouldn't be the mistrust in police which is prevalent today. I hope other officers can learn from his example.

You have to respect this officer for his professionalism, conduct and patience. The country deserves more people like that

A split second is all it takes for a bullet to leave a chamber and enter your skull from 100m away. That's pretty funny. It's unfortunate when a whacko gets past the testing and procures a job in law enforcement. One bad egg and the media takes it and runs with it just like when a plane goes down. If you are compliant when stopped and not a criminal, you get the respect right back from them.

The gas station sheriff was awesome. What a class act. He is an example for so many.

WOW.... What a breath of fresh air!! Good to know there are in fact good cops still out there. Not gonna lie, after all the awful body cam footage I have seen in recent years it was beginning to look pretty grim and like there was no good cop in sight. In this case I stand corrected. Yep. This guy is completely professional in his conduct. A rare thing to see... I would be very surprised if he is still a cop. The "good cops" don't last long having to work with and back up the uniformed thugs. Not if they want to keep their jobs and remain respectful to the citizens they are "sworn to serve and protect" Wish there were more human beings like this guy👍👍

This cop was a respectful, genuine, gentleman. Good on him.

Always refreshing to see interactions like this. He saw someone who was very clearly against law enforcement and gave him a reason not to be.

That COP is one the most patient, understanding and mature officers imaginable. Someday if you're lucky he'll be the chief in your hometown. That guy gets an unquestionable A+.

The person who made this video seems to forget that cops often get shot at even when they are on break. Or on the most routine of traffic stops. the first clip was a bit extreme though where the dude was carrying the rifle in battle position... used to wear a plate carrier and had my rifle with me. My friends and I were target practicing. Went for a hike and came back to the range where there were off duty officers. It went fine. Turns out later though one of my friends had a felony. Tried to compensate our weapons a week later. I wasnt home so my roommate said he didnt know where i kept mine. wasnt mad at the officers but my friend for not telling me.
