sometimes this happens when i lay down, what i do sometimes is plug my nose and blow as hard as i can. once i get dun blowing i breath as fast as i can until it stops

Started about a year ago, still have trouble breathing through my right nostril and feels so hard to get air flow at times, i did this procedure thinking it would help. For the first month maybe i felt a minor difference but i feel like its gone back to more or less the same, it sucks because at times it causes anxiety and with this covid now world it sucks even worse. Even at some times i can breathe good on the right but the left nostril acts up. It’s literally the weirdest thing ever, anyone else here relate ? If so i feel like this is rare af, i cant remember the last time i breathed normally :( tomorrow i have an appointment with another specialist to see what he thinks

How did it go I have the same problem about a year ago my nose would act up and switch back and forth and I couldn’t breathe out of one I can breathe out my left nostril but not my right but early I could breathe through right and left I couldn’t

The African dust came 3 years ago, I only went to go buy some fried chicken. Didn't let my windows down; come Monday I've got laryngitis and Thursday got completely congested and can only breathe out one nostril.

This happens to me now but after i got a nose job. I can breathe out my left but then the right nostril barely gets any air. It switches sometimes but my surgeon told me it was the Nasal Cycle.

Internal nasal valve collapse. My breathing also improves when I do this, but it is fine without doing it, so I think it is normal for it to improve slightly. You can go to an ENT specialist and then if you do have internal nasal valve collapse, you can try things like nasal valve dilators. And if that doesn't work, or you want a permanent solution, you can get things like a latera titanium implant etc

I recently got AirMax nasal dilators for the same thing and they have improved my breathing everyday try those and if they make your nose swollen try nasal strips. Although strips kinda leave me marks too maybe because I wear the same strip for a long time.

So what’s that tool she’s using on her patients nose??? 👀
